Online Store Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the ACL. Where any part of this policy is inconsistent with the ACL, the ACL prevails.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. Please choose carefully and review sizing, colours and product details before ordering. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed items (see below).

If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order and we will make it right. Please keep your proof of purchase (your order reference or confirmation email) and, where possible, send clear photos of the issue.

• For a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement.
• For a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace or refund the item.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Where a return is required for a valid ACL claim, we cover the cost of return postage.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.

Prices are in AUD. GST is not charged on our orders. Payment is confirmed before your order is dispatched; your order confirmation sets out how to complete payment. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

We only collect the personal information needed to process and deliver your order (such as your name, contact details and delivery address) and we handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not sell your personal information.
